If you are a Peterborough Care Leaver aged 18 to 25 and you are a parent (or you are expecting a baby), you can get extra support to help you and your child.
What you can get
- Baby starter kit: a pack of essentials to help you get started
- Hub support and drop-ins: a relaxed space at the Care Leavers Hub where you can meet other care leavers who are parents and speak to staff
- Baby essentials from the Hub nursery: you can collect items such as nappies, wipes, formula and other essentials (subject to availability)
- Larger baby items: we may be able to help with items like buggies, cots, baby mats or toys (subject to availability and need)
